The Toparri (Meeting Stone) sculpture, which was specially commissioned by Diputacia Foral de Bizkaia in the Basque Country and generously donated to the people of Hampshire, unveiled by Councillor Emery-Wallis and President Josu Bergara Extebarria of Bizkaia 11 June 1998. |
